Isabella Siebrandt was last seen on the 3100 block of Kentucky Avenue on Monday, Jan. 29, Baltimore Police said Wednesday.
She was wearing a green sweater, long pants, and white Air Force Nike sneakers.
Isabella stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds, police said.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call 911.
